- Physical Products: printed booklets or materials shipped to you (“Physical Products”)
4. Access and Use
You may browse our offerings and submit requests via the contact page. Use is subject to these terms and any specific terms posted for a product or service.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are payable in advance by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. You agree to pay all fees in full before delivery or commencement of any service.
6. Refund and Transfer Policy
6.1 Insurance Services
To request a refund or transfer, contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. No refunds are available once service work has begun. If you notify us in time, you may transfer your appointment one time without extra charge, subject to our schedule.
6.2 Digital Products
If you request a result within 14 days of receiving a digital download or access link, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Requests after 14 days will not be honored.
6.3 Physical Products
You may result unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to our Doha address. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
